Long Run Lab uses COROS activity data to explain whether a marathon long run supports a target race goal. The first version is non-commercial and focused on evidence from completed training runs.
Pace stayed controlled, but heart rate drifted upward after the downhill first hour. Humidity and later hills likely affected the cost.

The app evaluates evidence around 6:10/km, using a practical band of 6:05-6:20/km instead of treating one exact split as magic.
The goal is not another generic dashboard. The output should explain pace stability, heart-rate cost, terrain, humidity, and recent fatigue in plain language.
